My Story

Why I created this?
Two years ago, my eczema gradually worsened and began affecting my sleep and daily life.
I sought medical treatment and was prescribed immunosuppressants and later oral steroids.
Over time, my skin became increasingly red, swollen, and unpredictable — and I realised my body was in a deeper state of dysregulation.
What shifted my recovery wasn’t chasing stronger products.
It was rebuilding regulation — stabilising sleep timing, managing stress, restoring movement, and implementing structured elimination.
As a licensed physiotherapist, I now guide others using that same regulation-focused framework.
